Do you have specialist knowledge of finance, an interest in the insurance sector (health, property and accident insurance) and an affinity for IT?

As a Business Analyst in the Claims domain, you are part of an international (Switzerland and Croatia) Scrum team and support the development team and the Product Owner in technical matters. You clarify and specify the requirements for our Adcubum SYRIUS software in coordination and cooperation with the customer and use your expertise to help achieve the product development goals.

Formulate right-sized user stories based on the requirements
Specify requirements and error analyses and work them out in detail
Translation of ticket content and technical documentation (German / English)
Provide technical support and actively participate in Scrum meetings
Carry out preliminary analyses incl. queries with customers / projects
Preparing professional and technical information for specific purposes and target groups
Ensuring complete documentation of the software developed in a Scrum team
Provide technical support for the development of test automation and test specifications
Collaborate on cross-domain technical solution designs
Performing functional tests and providing support

Know-how of operational insurance processes (with a focus on claims / benefits processing)
FH or university degree and several years experience in similar field
High IT affinity
Experience in the analysis and engineering of business processes
Experience in the documentation of complex software is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite
High sense of responsibility, structured working as well as high quality and customer awareness
